MAX ACERNA MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS PVT LTD is a registered company under Registrar of companies - vide Registration No. U91900DL2013PTC258336. All the legal requirements as per the company Act are being complied with. The Head Office of the company is situated in Mumbai.

The main objective of MAX, as described in Memorandum of association is ' To carry on the business of providing certification services relating to Management Systems'. MAX has implemented various management system which meets the requirements of policy of the company is as follows: To Provide Management System Auditing and Certification for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Food Safety in a ethical, transparent and impartial Manner with a commitment in the Quality of our services leading to Customer Satisfaction and in our Management System.

Max Acerna Management Systems Pvt. Ltd. shall provide consistent, competent & confidential services for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 22000, ISO 27000, ISO 13485 & ISO 50001.

"MAX shall spread awareness and acceptability of Management Systems amongst all types of organizations at National and International Level. It shall act impartially and in nondiscriminatory manner with an endeavor to improve its services continually". Our strategic objectives include maintaining Integrity, ensuring Commitment, Result oriented approach and providing support to clients through value added services maintaining effective, prompt and courteous communication. The policies and procedures under which MAX operates shall be available to all clients irrespective of their size and affiliations.

MAX reviews the threats to impartiality arising out of its certification activities and has controls to manage the conflict of interest and maintain the objectivity of certification activity. Its policy also ensures impartiality at three levels, namely, Strategic level; Certification Decision level and Auditing level.

The organization structure is broadly as follows:

Executive Director who is an impartial person and is advised by Advisory Committee, heads the Organization. The Advisory Committee is a representative of all interests and is headed by a Chief Advisor. It oversees the performance of the organization vis-à-vis the specified objectives. The Marketing operations of the Company is headed by General Manager – Marketing and its operations are handled and managed by professionally qualified personnel who have excelled in field of Marketing of Services.

The Technical Team is headed by General Manager- Technical and assisted by Manager (Tech.) and Documentation Officer. The above core group is assisted by a team of trained, experienced, skilled and competent lead auditors based at different locations. They are graduates and diploma holder from different streams and are capable of carrying out assigned duties in all the industrial sectors and economies.

Wherever necessary, we also outsource the auditing work to empanelled auditors, who are reputed in the field of their specialization. Services of Technical experts are also utilized as and when required, in their specialized fields. The organization further ensures that there is no conflict of interest between its two strategic wings i.e., marketing services and technical services, leading to certification decisions. Duties and responsibilities of all key functionaries of MAX have been defined; liability insurance is in place and adequate financial arrangements have been made to provide stability and resources, for the smooth operation of the company.
